The Assets module is in the Back Office tab of the Navigation Menu:

The Asset Listing grid has different search options: Asset ID, Asset Category, Manufacturer, Business Unit, Area, and Statuses. There are two display options for Asset: Top Level only and Hide Consumable Assets.

If the Top Level only option is checked, then Asset Categories marked as “Top Level” are displayed. If the Hide Consumable assets option is checked, then only information about non-consumable asset items is displayed.

In this grid there is an option to print barcodes associated with specific Asset IDs. To select which Asset(s) ID barcodes will be printed, users should select the checkbox(s) in the first column and then click on the Print Barcode button.

A report for the selected assets will be generated in pdf format in which Barcodes and Asset IDs will be displayed.
