If you encounter an issue with OFS and contact support, we may ask you for a copy of the log files within this folder.
Finding the folder is a simple process.
- First, open the Run prompt by clicking Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > Run.exe (or press Windows key+R).
- Copy and paste “%localappdata%/ProLogic/Office Field Solution” (without quotes), and press OK or Enter.
This will open your OFS AppData folder. From here, you can simply attach the documents named synclog, Exceptions, or whichever files are requested to your support email.
