Contact Levels

This grid shows a contact levels list corresponding to the decision-making influence level of each contact in a company. Users can create, edit, or delete contact levels:

Create a New Contact Level

1. Right click and select New.
2. Type in the name for the new contact level.
3. When finished, click OK.

Edit a Contact Level

1. Right click and select Edit.
2. Type a name for the contact level.
3. When finished, click OK.
