Asset Reports

The two Asset Reports, list all possible information regarding your company’s assets.

The Asset Inventory Report displays any assets within the designated category which will require maintenance prior to the selected date. Items are grouped by Asset Category.

The Asset Usage Report displays any assets, by category or specific ID, which have been used in completed Work Orders within the selected date range:

To run the Asset Inventory Report:

1. Double-click Asset Inventory Report in the window or press F9 to display the Parameters for Report window.
2. Specify report parameters:

  • Next Work DateSet to the current date by default. Choose another date from the calendar by clicking the icon8  (down arrow) button.
  • Asset Category

3. Click Run to run the report.

Clear the fields by clicking the  icon9 (X) button next to the respective field. To close the form without running a report, click Cancel.

To run the Asset Usage Report:

1. Double-click Asset Usage Report in the window or press F9 to display the Parameters for Report window.
2. Specify report parameters:

  • From DateSet to the current date by default. Choose another date from the calendar by clicking the icon8 (down arrow) button.
  • To Date – Choose a date from the calendar by clicking the icon8 (down arrow) button.
  • Business Unit
  • Asset Category
  • Asset ID – If an Asset Category is selected, the Asset ID list will include only assets of this category. Otherwise, all assets will be displayed.

3. Click Run to run the report.

Clear the Asset fields by clicking the icon9 (X) button next to the respective field. To close the form without running a report, click Cancel.
